Crafted by longtime collaborator, Barnabé Fillion, the new scent evokes cherished Mediterranean mornings and the serene experience of being beneath a fig tree, cycling along scent-filled paths.

Aesop Virēre, RM560

Virēre is the eleventh addition to Aesop’s fragrance collection, imparting a fresh, green character that expands the brand’s distinctive olfactory universe. This scent masterfully weaves together a spectrum of notes to reveal the multifaceted character of fig, from its rich woodiness to lush greenness and sunlit citrus. 

The fragrance opens with vibrant Galbanum and Petitgrain, offering a distinctly green freshness that is uplifted by sparkling Bergamot. The heart notes introduce a warmer, herbaceous quality, featuring Green Tea, Mastic, and zesty Pink Pepper, evoking a comforting essence of a fig-infused tea. This sensory journey concludes with a base of Cedar, Green Maté, and Hay, creating a woody, mineral-rich foundation that enhances the fragrance's luxurious, vegetal depths, mimicking a lucious journey through a green and distinct memory.
