Refund policy

Thank you for supporting independent publishing. As a small editorial studio, each item we produce is carefully crafted and printed in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our operations, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

We kindly encourage customers to review their orders thoroughly before completing a purchase. This policy applies to all items, including print publications, digital downloads, limited edition releases, and gift cards.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery at hello@musotrees.com with your order details and supporting images. While we cannot guarantee a replacement due to limited stock, we will assess each case individually and do our best to assist where possible.
