Royal Selangor is excited to unveil an exclusive collaboration with British digital artist Rachel Gray, known for her striking wildlife portraiture.

The Earth collection, Royal Selangor’s first collaboration with a female designer, transforms Gray’s sketch-like designs into intricate three-dimensional pewter creations. Featuring functional yet artistic pieces like bottle chillers, coasters, and whisky tumblers, the collection beautifully captures the strength and grace of wildlife. Gray’s artistic vision seamlessly blends with Royal Selangor’s craftsmanship, resulting in a timeless collection of luxurious homeware.

2. Honouring the life of Maria Sibylla Merian. A Collaboration with The British Museum.

Royal Selangor unveils its third collaboration with The British Museum, inspired by Maria Sibylla Merian, a pioneering artist and scientist known for her detailed studies of the natural world. Merian’s work, particularly her observations in Surinam, helped dispel myths about insect life and set new standards for scientific illustration.

The British Museum, which houses the largest collection of her work, now translates her groundbreaking art into elegant pewter pieces, celebrating her legacy as a trailblazer in both art and science. Each piece reflects her intricate attention to nature, continuing her influence in a new medium.

3. Tigris: A Tribute to the Panthera Tigris Jacksoni

Tigris pays homage to the majestic Malayan tiger, blending striking geometry with cubist elements.

This collaboration with renowned design firm VERITAS incorporates concrete, reflecting their architectural and construction expertise.
