Thank you for shopping with Musotrees. We are committed to ensuring your order is packed and shipped with care.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days once payment is confirmed. For deliveries within Malaysia, orders are typically fulfilled within 3 to 7 business days. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country's postal system and customs procedures.

As international shipments are subject to each country’s regulations and processing requirements, delivery duration may occasionally take longer than expected. We kindly seek your patience in such cases, as these factors are beyond our control.

At present, we use Pos Malaysia as our shipping partner to provide a more affordable rate, especially for international delivery. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, with a base rate applied for every 500 grams. For reference, each Musotrees magazine weighs approximately 500 grams. Any increase in parcel weight beyond this will reflect in the shipping fee accordingly.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Musotrees is not liable for delays or charges incurred during customs processing.

We encourage all customers to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information. In the event that a parcel is returned to us, any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
